Shipping

Shipping Time: Orders are usually processed and shipped within 24 hours. Please note personalised items will take longer to process. If your order has both personalised and non-personalised items, the order will be split, and the non-personalised items will be delivered beforehand.

Delivery time takes 1 to 6 days depending on states. Delivery may be delayed due to logistics issues. We use reputable logistics service providers such as Delhivery, BlueDart, Ecom Express, and others for standard ground mail service.

Shipping Charges: We offer free shipping on all orders over Rs. 500. Please note that we do not offer free shipping on international orders and returns.

Tracking: You will receive tracking details over WhatsApp, email and SMS, once the order is shipped.

Orders placed on Saturday afternoon or Sunday will be dispatched on Monday. If your order is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, please notify our customer service team by phone or email within 24 hours of the delivery notification. Please allow two to three days for us to investigate with our courier partners.

Returns

No Return Policy

At Indie Jewels, we want you to be happy with your purchase. However, due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective or damaged.

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 2 days of receiving your order by using the WhatsApp button on our site or emailing us at theindiejewels@gmail.com with details of the product and the defect. You can send us photos or videos as proof of damage with Proof of Unboxing at Time of Delivery shooted properly as proof must be needed with goof quality.

We will review your request and determine whether you are eligible for a refund or a replacement. We will notify you of our decision via email or WhatsApp within 24 hours.

If you are approved for a refund, we will process it and credit your original method of payment within 7 days. If you are approved for a replacement, we will ship it to you at no extra cost within 14 days.

Please note that we do not offer refunds or replacements for any other reasons, such as change of mind, incorrect size, color mismatch, etc. All sales are final and non-refundable.
